Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, June 29, 2020 – Now is the time for businesses to restore the pre-COVID customer experience – and Exora Solutions has been launched to meet the new sanitizing needs of Quebec businesses looking to minimize lineups and optimize the disinfection experience. This new division of Cambli Group, which has been manufacturing armoured trucks for 50 years, has designed a robust, attractive, touchless antiseptic gel dispenser. The manufacturing process has just begun in the company’s plants and the order book is filling up quickly. The Group delivered its first dispensers in June.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, businesses have had to act quickly in meeting health authority directives and in providing hand sanitizing solutions to their staff and customers. Lacking ideal, attractively-designed options, and given the shortage of antiseptic gel, businesses have had to be resourceful and often creative.
The time has come for businesses to be more effective. The second phase of the health and safety management process is obliging businesses to find approaches that will reduce lineups in front of their buildings and eliminate the need for questionable, strong smelling and irritating disinfecting liquids. The feedback Cambli Group collected from many businesses is clear: the era of industrial-sized bottles precariously attached to unstable stands and improvised sinks filled with dirty paper towels is coming to an end. Exora Solutions was created to support businesses wishing to distinguish themselves by restoring the pre-COVID customer experience.
Exora Solutions stands out from its competitors through its robust dispenser and priority method of supplying antiseptic gel. Cambli Group has deployed its manufacturing expertise, its plants, its collaborators and its engineering team to design and market an integrated solution to make life easier for businesses. The Exora dispenser allows them to control costs (by distributing an optimal and equal amount of gel) and reduce their environmental impact (no electricity, water or paper). Cambli Group took great care in designing these products, which blend in well with sophisticated business environments. The modern, refined and distinct brand image was developed by a marketing agency.
“Our vision is clear. We want to become the Quebec leader in disinfecting solutions. We are deeply motivated by the challenge of making this new necessity easier to manage for businesses. And we’re convinced we can achieve it while also optimizing the customer experience,” said Véronique Tougas, President of Cambli Group.
Véronique Tougas has demonstrated her leadership in mobilizing her team of engineers and many recognized collaborators, including chemists, industrial designers and pharmaceutical laboratories, to oversee the launch of Exora Solutions. Ms. Tougas has managed a number of growth phases for Cambli Group since taking on the role of president. She restructured the company in 2013, enabling it to double its revenue in just 18 months. In 2012, she received the “Relève d’excellence” award by HEC in the SME category, and in 2019 she was given the “Personnalité d’affaires de l’année” (Business Person of the Year) award at the Excellence Gala organized by the Chambre de commerce et de l’industrie du Haut-Richelieu. She is also very involved in the Haut-Richelieu’s business community and acts as chair on various boards in the region. The Exora Solutions project is aimed at diversifying Cambli Group’s activities.
